What can you expect from BridieListens Counselling Service?

Initially I can offer a free, 30 minute initial consultation, for us to discuss what you would like from my counselling service and for you to gain a sense of whether we will be able to work together. 

Sessions are normally on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes per session.  The length of commitment involved in undertaking counselling depends upon a number of factors, particularly your presenting issue and to what depth you may wish to explore this.  This can be discussed further during the initial consultation. 

Appointment hours are made to suit you.  Monday to Saturday, daytime and evenings.

Costs

The current fee for individual counselling is £35 per 50-minute session.  

Payment can be made by either cash or cheque.
